This purchase also covers up to three preparatory sketches (if needed) for feedback and approval before work begins on your final design. If you require more than one additional round of revisions to the final piece after such point, it may be considered beyond the “scope of work” and incur an additional cost- the amount of which would depend on the extent of additional work required to get your vision right (which is paramount to me).

Artist retains the copyright to all works commissioned by the Purchaser, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright (unless purchasing a signed IP release contract, such as for logo work; limited licenses are not available at this time). No artwork may be be reproduced or altered without obtaining this signed IP release contract from the Artist.

There are no refunds on digital art commissions; but if you aren’t happy with your finished design, please reach out so that I can do everything within reason to make it right for you!

Turnaround time for digital designs is typically 1-2 weeks; if you have a sooner deadline, please contact me to discuss the possibility of expediting your project for an additional fee!
